INSPIRATION

The sea has many moods depending on the season and time of day - sometimes wild, sometimes peaceful. A monotype seascape art print, inspired by the special light that goes with the seasons. I get a sense of calm whenever I am by the sea and the beach at Bamburgh is magnificent in itself even without the imposing castle edifice looking down on beach walkers.

We have a bracing winter walk across this stretch of beach toward Dunstanburgh Castle over the headland before heading for the warm fire in the pub and hot ports.
