SHIPPING COSTS: UK CUSTOMERS

£3.00 UK SHIPPING for the following:

  • Mini Prints - up to 3 mini prints

  • Ceramic Wall Tiles - up to 4 tiles

  • Glass Coasters - up to 2 pairs or 1 set of 4

  • Open Edition Mounted Prints - up to 2 prints

  • Greeting Cards (minimum order of 5) up to 20 greeting cards

  • Print in a Tube - unmounted, unframed original and limited edition prints

£10.00 UK shipping for the above products as follows:

  • Mini Prints - between 4-6 mini prints

  • Ceramic Wall Tiles with stand - up to 2 tiles

  • Glass Coasters - between 3-4 pairs or 2 sets of 4

  • Open Edition Mounted Prints - between 3-4 prints

  • Open Edition Prints (mounted and framed) - 1 print

  • Greeting Cards (minimum order of 5) between 21-40 greeting cards

ORIGINAL PRINTS & MOUNTED LIMITED EDITION PRINTS

  • UK shipping is charged by weight and starts at £10 for one small print, going up to £35 for a large framed print.

  • Please note: the highest rate does not apply to prints larger than 40 x 40cm,

  • Or if you make multiple print purchases in the same size category,

  • Or across size categories, particularly if they are framed. We will check the cost on receipt of your order. We will contact you if postage and packaging with a quote.

  • You will have the choice to pay the balance, adjust the number of prints in your order to bring the cost down, or receive a full refund.

  • P&P includes, tracking and next working day delivery.

EXTRA LARGE FRAMED OR MULTIPLE FRAMED PRINT ORDERS

  • If you order more than one framed print or a framed print image size larger than 40 x 40 cm, this may incur a higher shipping charge depending on the size and weight of the combined prints. It may be more appropriate for us to deliver in person or to use a specialist art courier.

SHIPPING COSTS: INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS (IE NOT UK)

For the following products international carriage carries a fixed charge of £4.50 + £2 per item. For example, one mini print will cost:

1 x mini print = £22 + £4.50 + £2.00 = £28.50
2 x mini prints = £44.00 + £4.50 + £4.00 = £53.50

DISPATCH & DELIVERY: UK CUSTOMERS

Our goal is to ensure that orders are packed with care, carried by a reputable courier and arrive speedily and in pristine condition.

  • We aim to dispatch your order within five working days.

  • You will receive an email confirming dispatch and letting you know when to expect your order.

  • Your parcel will be tracked throughout its journey.

  • Items that incur £3 shipping will usually go by 2nd class post and should be delivered three working days from date of dispatch.

  • Items that incur £10 - £35+ shipping costs will be delivered next working day from date of dispatch.

DISPATCH & DELIVERY: INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Our goal is to ensure that orders are packed with care, carried by a reputable courier and arrive speedily and in pristine condition.

  • We aim to dispatch your order within five working days.

  • You will receive an email confirming dispatch and letting you know when to expect your order.

  • We use Royal Mail’s International Standard Parcel Service which has a target delivery time of three to five days for Europe and six to seven days for the rest of the world. Actual delivery will vary according to country and time of year but we generally expect you to receive your order within seven days in Europe and fourteen days elsewhere in the world.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to be happy with your new print or product and enjoy it for many years to come. If, in the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged, I will replace it straight away provided you send it back in it’s original packaging. Please let me know immediately if this happens.

We will then ask you to re-pack the print or product in the original packaging, attach the label which we will send you via email and drop it off at a collection point or post office near your address. Alternatively, in the UK only, we can arrange for the courier to collect it from your home or workplace.

In either case you get a pre-paid label and don’t need to pay for the return postage. We will then work with you to agree a suitable replacement or provide a full refund. If the print fails to meet your expectations, please let me know within 7 days. I will send you a label and make arrangements for collection as described in the previous paragraph, so there’s nothing for you to pay. I will refund your payment to your Paypal account or card.
