Printmaking Workshop Terms & Conditions

Payment in Instalments

  • You can pay for a course or workshop in up to four instalments.

  • In the case of a course, you can pay for the 1st session, or 1st and 2nd sessions to secure your place on the course.

  • If you've paid for the 1st session only, the next payment is due at the end of that first class.

  • If you pay for the first two sessions, your next payment is due at the end of the second class.

  • If you are paying for a workshop more than 28 days in advance, a 50% deposit will secure your place with the balance due at least 21 days before the workshop starts.

  • A booking made within 28 days or less must be paid in full, unless by prior alternative arrangement. Contact me here to discuss.

N.B. When you are booking a course and paying by instalments, the first instalment commits you to paying all four instalments. If you cannot attend all four, you have the option to transfer your spot to a friend, provided you give me prior notice. Whether you are able to find a replacement to fill your spot, you are still be responsible for the payment of all four sessions.


Refunds & Cancellations

Full Refund When:

  • You cancel within 24 hours of making your booking.

  • The course has not attracted enough students to make it viable.

50% Refund:

  • For cancellations made 30 days or more before a workshop or course.

  • Alternatively, you can transfer your payment to another workshop provided there is a space available.

No Refund:

  • Cancellations for workshops or courses made within 30 days may incur a fee unless your spot is filled from the waiting list. If your place is filled, you'll receive a refund minus a £40 processing fee.

  • Alternatively, you can transfer your payment to a future workshop provided there is a space available.


Waiting List

  • When a course is sold out I open a waiting list in case I have any cancellations. Please email me if you would like to be added.


Payment & Booking Confirmation & Other Details;

  • You will receive a confirmation email. This is your receipt.

  • The payment confirmation email will also request an emergency contact name and phone number.

  • Details of any health issues, disabilities, or allergies that may affect your health and safety or that of other participants.


Accessibility

  • If you have any physical disability that might affect your safety in an emergency, please let me know so we can discuss what you need so that I can carry out a risk assessment and plan accordingly.

  • Similarly, i is essential you let me know in advance if you have any health issues or allergies that can be triggered by workshop materials such as latex gloves or exposure to any chemicals like white spirit.

  • There is no wheelchair access; the studio is accessed via two steps and a lip at the sliding door, with no handrail.
